![]() So when I click it again in the notification center it disappears completely still with absolutely no effect whatsoever. It is still visible when I open the notification center. When I click it, it disappears and nothing happens. But with this new Edge version I only get a notification on my PC. I too have the exact same issue: Sharing a tab worked fine using the old Edge on Android, after sending a tab to my PC it immediately opened in Edge on my PC. :) Thanks in advance for getting me this stuff, I look forward to your response. If they need more details from you, I'll follow back up here with you. ![]() Once I have this, I can share with the team so they can dig further. If you are on Windows, you should be able to find this easily by going to Windows Settings > System > About, and the section that has this is the Windows specifications section. Is this the main Stable app for you?Īnd side question on this: Have you tried the same in one of our Insider apps, Canary, Dev, or Beta on Android? They'd also like a couple more details from you: Can you details the exact steps you are doing for this? The simpler the better, writing repro steps as if we have never touched the product ensures that we are doing the exact same thing you are. They have tried to reproduce this, but can't on the same version. This right here is what the team would like to dig into with you. When I click on the PC notification, it does nothing: it does not open the webpage at all. ![]() We're working to ensure that it is as smooth as the old app, but hiccups happen! This is also something we expect to happen, but this is because the apps are built off different ways to send these hence why the feature hasn't been fully implemented into the new browser just yet. The older version works great, the webpage opens up immediately on the pc. ![]() I will try to keep you updated on this specifically as the team talks about it further. This is currently by design, however your post here has the team rethinking this now. I get the notification on the PC ONLY when the browser on the PC is open. The team has been trying to dig into this situation, and they need a few more details. Hey, friend! I am sorry to see any frustrations here.
