Roanoke Rapids police Chief Bobby Martin said Captain Jamie Hardy discovered “copious amounts of new evidence to proceed with 24 charges of second-degree exploitation of a minor” against Ian Bundy and Eddie Martin. More sexual exploitation of a minor charges have been filed against a Roanoke Rapids couple following further investigation into their case.
